Ms. Zhao Wen, Vice Mayor, Mr. Xiao Guiyu, Deputy Secretary- General and other officials from Shanghai Municipal Government did a thematic research in Shangtex Group on the afternoon of May 15th.

   In Shanghai Textile Research Institute, Mr. Zhu Yong, president of Shangtex, reported the recent economic performance of the group and also presented the development of BANORAME, a brand developed by Textile and Technology Development Center. Accompanied by Mr. Zhu and Mr. Hu Shenwei, CTO of Shangtex, Ms. Zhao Wen and Mr. Xiao Guiyu visited the technology showroom, the test platform of garments, technology and development center and garment design platform.

   After that, Ms. Zhao and Mr. Xiao went to Shanghai New Union Textra Import & Export Co., Ltd. to do a research on foreign trade transformation of Shangtex. With Mr. Xi Shiping, board chairman of Shangtex, Mr. Zhu Yong and Ms. Huang Qin, general manager of New Union Company, Ms. Zhao and Mr. Xiao visited the company’s product showroom, the sampling center of New Union brand and so on.
